DELTACAST starts the year with a gift to its customers. The VideoMasterHD software development kit now includes two new applications compatible with all its digital video cards: dCARE and dREC. They are available for free when purchasing a DELTACAST card and run under Windows and Linux, 32 and 64-bit.

• About dCARE:

 

 

 

 

dCARE allows you to verify the behavior of your DELTACAST card in a reference environment very easily. Out-of-the-box installation check, SDK and driver versions, PCIe benchmark and I/O testing are just a few concrete functionalities of this application.

In case of problem with your hardware, dCARE helps you to point out its cause and to communicate with the DELTACAST technical support team more efficiently, for a quick resolution.

The DELTACAST team can also use in urgent and critical situations dCARE to take the control of the customer PC in order to perform in-depth diagnostics.

• About dREC:

 

 

 

 

dREC performs the recording of SDI and DVI signals to uncompressed AVI files and their playback to a SDI output.

Video and audio can be previewed and information about the recorded and played data and performances are provided through a user-friendly interface. dREC supports pauses, seeks and loop-mode playback.
