Tuesday, August 23, 2011 - DELTACAST Targets 1U Case OEM Applications With New Low-Profile HD SDI Capture Cards
DELTACAST continues its impressive new product developments, with another 3 new cards introduction.
The 3 new low-profile HD SDI cards, namely DELTA-hd-elp 10 (1 channel), DELTA-hd-elp 20 (2 channels) and DELTA-hd-elp 40 (4 channels) complete the highly successful DELTA-hd family, which is now the ideal choice also for 1U case OEM applications.
“More and more customers select 1U racks for their products and our low-profile boards of the DELTA-asi and DELTA-sdi families have more and more success.” said Christian Dutilleux, CEO of DELTACAST "So it was obvious for us to extend our set of low-profile boards to the DELTA-hd family.”
The DELTA-hd-elp 10, DELTA-hd-elp 20 and DELTA-hd-elp 40 require a PC or server with at least one free four-lane PCI Express slot. Excepted for the form factor, those cards are completely compatible with the DELTA-hd cards and will be supported in a next release of the VideoMasterHD.
