DELTACAST is pleased to announce significant benefits for their current and new ASI OEM customers, through recent improvements brought to the DELTA-asi family.

The DELTA-asi family, which is the largest ASI video card proposal on the market, systematically addresses all the major technology improvements: new operating systems, new PC interface,...

The main benefits from this DELTA-asi family can be found in 3 key domains on which DELTACAST pays a lot of attention: Software, Hardware and Cost.

  • Software

All the cards of the DELTA-asi family are handled with the same StreamMaster SDK, providing customers with an enormous amount of flexibility in terms of channels and cost optimization. The StreamMaster SDK is available under Linux and Windows and we’ve recently added support for Windows Vista 64-bit and for Windows 64-bit.

  • Hardware

With 15 different available configurations, going from 1 input or 1 output ASI channel, up to 8 inputs or 8 outputs ASI channels on one card, DELTACAST proposes to their OEM customers a very wide range of flexibility. All the cards are available in PCI Express and some of the configurations can have optionally bypass relays mounted. Cards with 4 channels or less are on a low-profile PCI Express card but can also be ordered with a normal bracket.

  • Cost

The presence of our customers in very different worldwide markets clearly shows that the DELTA-asi family is a very universal and cost-effective solution. By the end of 2009 we've been working very hard on reducing the price on this family and we are happy to make our OEM customers benefit from this cost reduction. So, if you still live with the feeling that you do not use the DELTA-asi family today because of its price, you should definitely get in contact with us with your requirements, so that we can work them out accordingly!
